Picket Fence Fabrics opened in 2003 and is owned by quilter Jennifer Hodge. Jennifer has been sewing for more than 35 years, quilting seriously for 22 years and teaching for the past 16 years.
Jennifer chooses bright cheerful prints, bold dots, stripes, and beautiful textures for her own quilts and also for the studio shelves. A large stock of black and white fabrics and a constantly changing selection of exquisite batiks inspire her customers to create one-of-a-kind quilts and garments.
The studio is stocked with hard to find supplies for the art quilter, including Angelina, buttons, silk ribbon and threads, silk fusion kits, paint, stabilizers and products geared to the art quilter. We also carry Silk Broadcloth, China Silk and Habotai for dyeing and will search out the hard to find items for our customers.
